When thinking evening wear in the Bahamas pack comfortable, loose, thin and floaty clothing since the weather will be warm. Maxi dresses are always chic at stylish resorts. You can think off the shoulder styles for something very chic this season. Short shift dresses with some great jewelry and wedge, low strappy sandals or mules are also great. You can’t go wrong with pastel or white color slim ankle pants with a colorful floaty or fitted top or flared leg pants with a colorful fitted top. Also black pants or skirts with white tops and interesting jewelry and /or accessories are always très chic. Bring one or two small evening bags /clutches that you can wear with several outfits. Something in metallic, white, or black might work depending on what you decide to bring. Put your outfits together before you pack so you don’t take too much. The less you pack the easier it is to keep track of everything. Better to leave the valuable jewelry at home and go light on the makeup.

For a more covered up look layer your slip dress with a turtleneck or crew-neck sweater. Also fabrics that wrinkle too easily should be avoided. Look for wrinkle resistant fabrics with polyester.
