With navy or black closed toe style shoes you can always wear ultra sheer, neutral color stockings and look stylish. Sheer black stockings and black shoes should look good with a navy blue and white dress. Dark sheer stockings can be worn with closed toe or peep toe style shoes. Navy sheer stockings with navy shoes might work also. Try your different stocking and shoe options on and do a mirror test to see which looks best with your dress.
