What color hosiery should I wear with silver shoes & a black dress? I am going to a wedding in December at a big city hotel. Black tie preferred is stated on the invitation.
The right color hosiery can make or break an outfit. Sheer neutral/nude, sheer black, or glitter/sparkly hose will all work with your black dress and silver shoes. You can also try black opaque hosiery or black tights. If you are wearing open toe shoes or strappy sandals it is not considered chic to wear neutral/nude color sheer stockings.
