Regarding choosing pearl colored hose to wear with a red and off white suit, it is best to try your different options with your outfit to see what color looks most flattering. Try ultra sheer neutral, light pearl and sheer black color hosiery with black pump style shoes. Ultra sheer neutral or light pearl stockings / hose would probably look good with neutral (nude) color shoes. Experiment! Hosiery / stockings are preferred for business but if you want to go barelegged be sure your legs have a nice color.
