Should women wear high heels when making a presentation?

Whether women wear high heels for a presentation will depend on the audience (men, women or both men and women) and the presentation venue. If you are in a more formal venue and your audience is both men and women heels (3″), if you can wear them, will make a great impression.

Heels are more feminine and give one a polished look. If you are speaking in a casual setting wearing business casual, a casual shoe that works with what you are wearing is appropriate. If you are uncomfortable in higher heels look at mid heel shoe styles such as kitten heels or ankle shoes with a lower heel.

More and more modern women are moving away from wearing uncomfortable heels to work. Lower heel shoe styles and  mid heels, are on-trend. Whatever shoe style you choose they should be comfortable to wear and in good taste. Save your stilettos for those big nights out on the town.
