Leggings, Tights and Jeggings
  
Fashion Statement
Legwear is a great gift and a fabulous “fashion statement” to spice up an outfit for the holidays. Tights are available in many textures, patterns and colors. Did you ever think about wearing a pair of fishnet stockings over colored tights? Might be fun to try if you have skinny legs.
Patterened Tights
Why not a pair of black lace leggings or tights with a “LBD” (little black dress). Stockings with a seam up the back like these pictured above say “sexy.” Wear them with a basic black pencil skirt and black turtleneck.
There are plenty of subtle patterns that don’t scream look at my legs but are a fashion statement like python print stockings in brown/black, gray/black/ navy black and look great with a basic black skirt.
To keep you warm there are leggings and tights in cotton/polyester, cashmere blends, corduroy, leather, denim, jersey etc. Great when the temperature drops and comfortable to wear with a mid thigh tunic top or sheath dress.
  
Jeggings are yet another option. They look best if you are young and skinny but are very comfortable to wear and say casual.
In closing stop by the stocking department of your favorite department store and you’ll be amazed at the great selection of legwear. Or maybe a holiday gift for yourself?
