Fantasy Footwear
Lately there have been a number of questions regarding what to wear with some of the new shoe styles. Spring 2009 is providing us with more choices in footwear than we have seen in a long time. Below are some of the shoe styles that are chic like peep-toes and platforms in fabulous colors. Before you commit to a pair of these, ask yourself, do they flatter, are they age appropriate, and are they right for the occasion. And don't forget about your budget. Keep in mind that fancy footwear (especially colors) will call attention to your lower leg and foot area. Opt for simple unadorned shoes if your feet are large and you have thick ankles.
These fantasy footwear trends will not be appropriate for most office environments. OK, maybe in a fashion position or in the entertainment field.
