Many of the choices will work for a casual or conservative (formal) business meeting.
When selecting items for a business trip be sure whatever you bring flatters your figure type, is age appropriate and is business like. Things that are tailored look more like business than styles with ruffles, etc. Choose a basic color like black, navy, etc. and be sure every item you bring goes with that basic color.
For example black as a basic color:
  
Wear a pair of black pants when traveling with jacket or cardigan sweater (casual).
 
2 pairs slacks (ankle or straight legged) for daytime meetings (1 black, 1
black & white check, or 1 black and 1 grey or 1 black and 1 beige).
1 pair of black slacks for evening (longer to wear with heels).
  
4 tops for day (3 diff colors and 1 white top)
 
1 dress or skirt for evening (a color or black and white print). Skirts
are more versatile since you can change tops. Hemlines should be mid knee.
2 tops for evening ( a white and a color or black and white print). No plunging necklines.
A few scarves.
Don't bring expensive jewelry. Wear 1 pair of earrings for day and bring a pair for evening and a couple of necklaces (1 pearl necklace goes with everything).
Cardigan sweater (more casual) and a Jacket (wear 1 to travel).
Pashima (optional) but great in the evening.
San Francisco evenings can be cold in July when the fog rolls in.
2 pairs of day time shoes.
1 pair of shoes for evening.

Sleepwear
Make-Up (light)
Make a packing list. It will help you keep track of what you bring on the
trip.
When packing put plastic cleaning bags between folds in slacks, etc.
Should keep wrinkles to a minimum.
Try to think of what activities you will be involved in and make a list of which clothes you will wear each day.
