The fashion pendulum is swinging again. Now that we are all in to slim leg or skinny leg pants a women's baggy pant version or the harem pant style is gaining steam. Last year the baggy pants with dropped crotches were spotted on world streets.  This year more early style adopters have added them to their wardrobes.
