These New York ladies had to put up with a lot of heat this August. However they are keeping their cool in summer fashions like, shorts, short cotton dresses,  and maxi's. Stripes are very strong. Women are wearing strappy sandals and flip flops all over town. These pictures were taken on Fifth Avenue, Madison Avenue and around Columbus Circle and Lincoln Center. New York fashions are very eclectic and you can see creativity appearing. Enjoy!
