Can older women wear leggings?
"Of course if they have a good figure I think
leggings look sexy on older women. They cover
the hips and show the legs.
Leggings cover the skin (not so firm as we
grow older) and show the shape.
Another plus is that they look great with low
or flat shoes - a total winner for older women.
One of my favorites was black leggings paired
with a fresh white tunic boarderd with lace."
The flat, preferably black, ballerina type
shoe is a must to complete the outfit.
