The 4th Discarded to Divine Gala Evening

If you love fashion, live in the SF bay area and want to help the poor you can attend the reception, plus silent and live auction of recycled fashions being held at the Gift Center Pavilion, 888 Brannan Street, SF on May 7th.

All of the designs are one-of-a-kind. Designers use high-quality materials such as upholstery textiles, curtains, formal and bridesmaid dresses, plus vintage fabrics that have been donated to St. Vincent de Paul Society. The designs will be auctioned to benefit the St. Vincent de Paul Society's programs for the poor and homeless in San Francisco.

SF. Bay Area fashion designers and special guest designers plus students from the Academy of Art University, Art Institute of San Francisco, City College of San Francisco, The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising ( FIDM), San Francisco State University and Wee Scotty Fashion School will design the fashions using recycled materials. 

This year's HONORARY CHAIR is Jennifer Siebel Newsom.
