I really need some help. I've been invited to a friends Sweet Sixteen party and I have only a small clue of what I want to wear and I need your help. The party is going to have loud music, bright lights, etc (kind of a rave theme), but my friend said we could wear whatever we want (some people are wearing party dresses, others are wearing jeans and tee's). It's quite obvious that I'm not a girly girl so the dress is out of the question. I'm planning on wearing some dark-washed jeans, flats, and a nice top with some jewelry. I own the jeans but I need to buy the flats, top and jewelry and I have no idea what styles to go with. I'm very short, I'm barely 5'1' and I'm not fat but I'm a bit chubby, I'm not gonna lie. Please Help. I really want to look nice.

Look for something in black lace, velvet, sequins or satin, etc. Black patent leather flats will work with your dark jeans and top. An all dark outfit will give you a taller and thinner look. Add some statement earrings and wear flattering make up.
