I'm going on a cruise and one of the formal outfits I'm wearing is a black long gown and jacket edged with rhinestones. It's very elegant, with a slit and ruffle up one side. What sort of jewelry would you suggest? The neckline is scooped somewhat low, but not plunging. I also have patent black peep toe stilettos and black stockings to go with.

Your dress sounds gorgeous. Try just wearing pearl & rhinestone or rhinestone (good quality) or diamond earrings. Less is more when it comes to jewelry.
