What shoes and jewelry and other accessories should I wear with a round neck, sleeveless, knee length silver sequin sheath dress. I’ll be attending a wedding.

Your silver sequin sheath dress sounds beautiful. Black shoes and a black clutch/evening bag with sparkly (quality rhinestone or diamond) jewelry would work. You can also wear silver shoes, sparkly jewelry and carry a black, silver or colored clutch / evening bag.
