I have an after 5 dress. The top is off white and the bottom of the dress starting right under the breast is black and scrunchy looking, sleeves stop at the shoulders...Can I wear gold shoes and maybe 2 gold bracelets with off white pearls in the middle? Or what do you suggest?

Your dress sounds very attractive and should look nice with gold shoes. As far as jewelry goes, less is more. Wear earrings, ring(s) and bracelets or earrings, ring(s) and a necklace depending on what looks best after you do a mirror test.
