I just bought this great retro 80's dress at a resale shop but now I'm wondering what shoes and accessories to wear with it!? Also, should I get rid of the sleeves? I'm only 16, so I'm trying to keep it young but still sophisticated! Thanks for your thoughts!

Great dress! Leave the sleeves on the dress and wear heels or peep toe platform pumps with a matching color clutch bag. Pearls that drop into the V of the dress would look chic. You can wear sparkly (quality rhinestone) earrings.
