Dress up for a baby shower at a wine bar is more “business casual” than “cocktail attire”. Separates are more casual than a dress. A skirt or pants with a top and heels would probably look great. With a simple style top you can wear some statement earrings. If you go with a dressy top (sequin, metallic, etc.) simple jewelry will work.
