Your black and bronze sequin dress sounds fabulous for a Christmas party. Since bronze has a copper /brown color in it a tie in the brown family will look great with black dress pants and a black dress shirt. Try some beige color ties with a bit of copper color in them. Also a brown and black print or stripe tie will work.
