What can I wear with a (navy) skater dress? I'm going out for a family meal. Its freezing out side, help please.

Skater style dresses are fabulous. Since you have mentioned that it is cold outside wear your navy skater dress with colored tights and boots or ballet flats. A skater dress will also look chic with leggings and ballet flats or pumps. A cropped jacket will keep you cozy when going outside.
