My friend is having a Sweet 16 party and its going to be a blacklight party (I have never been to one before.) It's going to be at a place where they have receptions and banquets and stuff like that. I have know idea what I should wear. I want to look really cute but not too fancy or too dressed down for the party.

A blacklight party is in a venue where all the white light bulbs are replaced with blacklight light bulbs. You can wear bright neon colors, anything that reflects or glows under a black light. Fluorescent clothing (mostly white) that will glow in the blacklight is popular. Maybe white jeans, something that sparkles like silver sequins or black and white stripes. Have some highlighters that glow in the dark to draw designs on other friends clothes if it is allowed.
