I was 340lbs and I am now 258lbs (smile). I still have a really big belly, I am a VERY apple shape. Because I was so big I had a lot of health problems. One of them being that I got an infection on my legs which has left stains on my legs. I am going out tonight for the first time in a REALLY long time (dancing of all things). I'm super excited.. but really wanted to look nice. I really wanted to wear a dress but I don't think I can because I'm very insecure about my legs. I really don't like jeans because I have NO hips & NOOO butt!!! I'm really stuck =(. Do you have any advice for me???

       

Congratulations on losing weight. It's really important to stay healthy. The best strategy this evening is to wear something simple in one color and draw attention to your head area by wearing some interesting jewelry (like statement earrings or necklace).

When you have time, things that can help you look good are getting an up to date hair style, flattering makeup, proper fitting undergarments and have your clothes fitted by a tailor. When you have a large build it's better to not wear loose or tight fitting clothing.
