I will be visiting Paris, France and parts of Ireland in late September, early October 2012. I do not care for sneakers, no matter what style. What are some stylish shoe options for most of the walking in the city, etc.?

Good looking and stylish walking shoes that are comfortable for a lot of walking on hard surfaces are not easy to find. If you are going to be wearing pants during the day for sightseeing a stylish oxford (black or brown) might be an option. A low heel ankle boot and or comfortable flats will also work. Wear one pair of walking shoes and bring another pair so you can alternate shoes on the trip. Two companies that have stylish walking shoes are MUNRO and ECCO. Check out their styles. A little Internet surfing may turn up some other options.
