I am wearing a navy sheath dress dress with a bolero jacket to a wedding in the fall. Would the oxford bootie style Christian Louboutin brown go with a sheath dress or should I wear peep toe pumps?

Oxford style shoes can have a sporty look. Weddings are dressy occasions so it would be alright to wear dressy style booties with your navy sheath dress. If you think your shoes look dressy do a mirror test with your dress and see if they look good with the outfit. When in doubt don't, the peep toe style pumps will work.
