I am going to a New Year's party with a flapper theme. I have a liquid silver dress with black satin trim, two straps with one strap that falls off shoulder. Bottom has black trim. Wearing black pumps. Two questions: 1) Should I wear black hose with a seam down back or fish net stockings? 2) I have a mink wrap with shoulders that fall to the elbo and wrap are these in fashion still or should I wear something else?
