I'm 5'2" and average size. I see so many 3/4 length sleeve tops. I've only worn short or long sleeves. Is there any reason to choose a 3/4 sleeve?

Sleeve length is just a matter of style. Some sleeve lengths look more flattering on certain figure types so that would be a reason to choose a certain length. If you are an average size woman you should be able to wear 3/4 length sleeve tops if you would like. Always wear the styles that look best on you.
