Is it okay to wear a top tucked in a skirt or pants or is it better fashion sense to wear tops out?

You can wear blouses with shirt tails tucked in or wear the tops out. If you prefer to wear the shirt out  of you skirt or pants choose styles that are more fitted in the waist and hip area. A full blouse outside pants or a skirt can look sloppy and is not very stylish.
