I am going to Sicily, Italy in October and wondered if it is OK to wear white (shorts, slacks, skirts blouses, etc.) clothing and shoes in the fall in Sicily or Italy?

Sicily has mild pleasant temperatures in October. Temperatures will be in the 70's most of the time but may cool off in the evening. The most important thing is to bring clothing that is comfortable, and does not show soil or wrinkle easily. White clothing is acceptable to wear all year around however gets dirty faster than darker color clothing. Pants of any length will work for day and evening and are easy to pack and do not wrinkle as easily as skirts and dresses. Tan or dark color shoes/sandals will be the most practical.
