I have a wedding in November. I want to wear a black lace dress that comes to mid calf. Is it appropriate to wear very nice dressy black boots? The wedding is at an upscale restaurant.

Should be great at a wedding as long as the dressy boots and mid calf  length black lace dress look great on you. Women are creating their own style today. Today fashion is about mixing it up! The real test is if your outfit is flattering on you.
