I'd like to know what type of shoes should I wear with my denim skinny jeans and a fancy tunic top? My height is about 5'3 and I have skinny legs therefore, would flats or heels be more suitable for me and my outfit? Why? Please respond A.S.A.P my B-day is in 3 days.

You will look taller with heels, if that's important. Try both styles of shoes on with the skinny jeans and tunic top and see which look you like the best, which style shoes are more flattering on you with that outfit and which ones you will feel more comfortable and confident wearing. Then go for it!
