I am a male and I where the correct size belt, as tight as I can comfortably wear it, but my pants, especially in the rear waistband, continue to slowly sag, which end up un tucking my shirt. I assume a belt would always do its job, am I doing something incorrectly? Is it possible because my butt is a bit flat? Thanks

See your tailor to see if he can make the necessary adjustments. Perhaps the back seam of your pants can be taken in at the waistline.
