Son's wedding in April (Kansas). Who knows about weather...Wearing knee length champagne colored dress. Do I wear sheer hose, shimmery hose or bare legged? If bare legged..will have leg makeup and tanning lotion. I'd be more comfortable in hose, but no one seems to wear them anymore. Thank you!!

Stockings give a more polished look. They will look great with champagne colored closed toe pumps or closed toe sling back shoes and ultra sheer stockings (you can try beige hose with shimmer) at your son's wedding. If you feel comfortable going bare legged with leg make up it will be acceptable in today's world. Do a mirror test with stockings and without and decide what you will feel most comfortable doing.
