Can I wear black sling backs shoes to a job interview? I have a taupe suit. What color shirt should I wear under the suit. This is my third interview for this position!! HELP and Thanks!!!

Dress codes are pretty loose today, but closed toe pump style shoes are more business like than sling back style shoes.

You have many options as far as color tops to wear with a taupe suit. Pick a color that works with your skin tone (flatters your coloring).  A crisp white shirt with pearls and/or a scarf at your neck would be fine. If the taupe color in the suit has gray in it you can try a gray shirt. If it has more brown in it try a beige shirt.  If it is a more casual type company you can wear a color shirt if you prefer.
