What to Wear When You Meet an Online Date???

I am going to a New Year's Eve party and I have a copper colored sequined strapless dress. I was planning on wearing a black belt with it, black tights, black booties, and some beautiful multicolored, dangle, sparkly earrings. Will the earrings match, or be too much? It is a NYE party, where more sparkly things tend to be more OK. Also side note, I'm 21, 5'10" 140lbs. The dress is short on me, since I am so tall, but the tights make it look more conservative.

Your outfit sounds sensational! Wear the beautiful multicolored, dongle, sparkly earrings with your copper colored sequined strapless dress if you like how they look after a mirror test.
