If you are shorter 5'3 should you wear shorter calf boots or can you wear tall boots (over the calf)?

One color from head to toe gives you a taller and slimmer appearance. If you wear knee high boots or ankle boots they should be worn with tights that are the same color as the rest of your outfit and boots. Also pants or dark jeans tucked into knee high boots look good on shorter women. Stay away from boots that hit your calf. They are not flattering on short females.
