I am 5' tall, a little on the chunky side, and in my 50's. May I wear tall winter boots on the outside of pants or should I stay with the short ones? Thank you.

If you are a short woman it is best to create a taller slimmer look by dressing in one dark color from head to toe. You should be able to wear short boots or tall boots with your pants tucked in if they are the same color. For example black slacks tucked into black boots with a black top can work. Add color around your face with a beautiful scarf or some costume jewelry.
