I am 17 years old, sadly only 5'1", with a large bust (38d) broad-ish shoulders, a very small waist, a small booty, muscular-ish legs, and chubbier upper arms. I am very confused on how to fit my body to make my chest look smaller! It just doesn't fit the rest of my body. I also want to start looking like a women and not a 13 year old anymore. Please help, I'm graduating this year and want to start and finish feeling great! (I usually wear skinny jeans, boyish cut tee-shirts, but some pretty ones too, as you can see I need help! My 16 year old niece just purchased a strapless black and red taffeta dress (flared skirt with tulle underneath). She has ballet flats that she purchased, would black tights be OK and how else could she wear it to make it more versatile.
