My brother’s wedding is June and I want to make sure the dress I picked is right for my body type. I am about 5ft 7 in. I think I have I am an hourglass shape, but with some belly bulge (from having 2 kids). Would a dress with a high waist and tiered chiffon make me look thinner and hide my belly? My boyfiiend recently pointed out that since I lost quite a bit of weight (I went from 150 to 115 from October of last year to now) most of my clothes don't fit me anymore. I want to be a little more girly but I don't want to sacrifice my style. I dress "simple but elegant" (mom said it). I usually wear low rider boot cut or skinny jeans, a black t-shirt, combat boots or converse low tops, a leather wrist cuff on my right wrist, two thick plastic band bracelets and a smaller "I am second" bracelet on my left wrist, and a short necklace with a cross on it. Hi, great website! I'm going to two weddings in April and then July (here in the U.K, where the weather is unreliable!) and have chosen a knee length strapless pencil dress, available in black, peacock blue or bright coral. My main issue is my legs as I'm a size 16 pear shape and they are very pale and not toned, I don't like to show them off. I really need some help. I've been invited to a friends Sweet Sixteen party and I have only a small clue of what I want to wear and I need your help.
