I am a male and I where the correct size belt, as tight as I can comfortably wear it, but my pants, especially in the rear waistband, continue to slowly sag, which end up un tucking my shirt. I am looking for men's dress shirts with a collar that is sort of like the mandarin style or the banded style neck line, but the neck material wraps around about 2 inches and then buttons. These dress/casual button down shirts were popular in the '90's.
