I'm a 'young' 60 (or so I think). This is a morning event: I will be wearing an above knee black sleeveless dress with very tailored white blazer. Because of foot problems I have to wear open toe heels (black this time)... for leg wear do I go with sheer black, opaque black or without stockings? I know you're "not supposed" to wear hose with open toe, but it is what it is.

I have a gorgeous navy base with aqua geometric pattern wrap dress in a stretchy jersey type fabric that I would like to wear to a brunch wedding shower in early March in Michigan.
