Use gentle shampoos and condition your hair regularly. Always follow product instructions of use. Get hair soaking wet before applying shampoo. If your hair is dry don't shampoo too often. Rinse thoroughly. Apply conditioner to the ends of your hair only. If you want healthy and shiny hair condition your hair 1-2 times a week for half an hour. If you have heavy hair, use a light conditioner. -
