Staying in Shape the Chinese Way

Masses of Chinese people are out early in the morning in public parks doing their exercises. Many Chinese parks are equipped with exercise equipment for those who want to stay in shape. Some types of exercise the Chinese people love are ballroom dancing, paddle ball, movements with swords and Tai Chi.

Some folks exercise with swords to stay in shape.
