For Younger Looking Skin

Tips for Beautiful Skin

To achieve younger looking skin we need to have healthy beautiful skin or create the illusion that we have clear beautiful skin with the application of make up.

Some things that cause aging skin are:

Sun exposure, Stress, Poor Diet, Smoking and Genetics

We can reduce our sun exposure by staying out of it during peak times (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM), wearing hats, visors, clothing  and sun glasses with UV protection, and using sun block* creams on our skin.

Stress can be managed also.  Exercise such as yoga, walking, dancing, tennis, golf, etc. can reduce stress.

Diets can be improved and will result in healthy beautiful skin. We can increase the number of foods that we eat that are thought to reduce aging. Foods like fish, dark green vegetables, whole grain cereals, eggs, olive oil and monounsaturated fat, nuts, legumes, low fat dairy, tea, water, and dark colored fruits are said to be wrinkle reducers.

Smoking
is a no brainer. Not a healthy habit. If you smoke STOP. You might live longer and achieve younger looking skin.

Looking at the above list we cannot change our genetics, but the other items on the list we can do something about to achieve younger looking skin.
